I love this place iv been going since oct always had professional service and my nails have always lasted longer then ever before! Diana. Is my normal nail tech but all the girls are good!!!! Would highly recommend to anyone

I'm very disappointed. After 4 months visiting the salon, my appointment today, 30/3, was my last.Many times, I have noticed that hygiene maintenance is not at high standards, but being a shy person and respective to technichians speciality, I have never said anything.I went for my booked appointment for Refill Acrylic with French, and I have always been doing the same treatment. I mentioned to the technician that I have noticed two dark spots under two of my nails. Despite the fact that I raised the possibility of these shadows being mould and this could be bacteria, she reassured me by saying, "It's nothing. It can't be mould. Maybe it's fungus!"Even then, she didn't want to remove the product to reveal the nail but preferred to keep preparing for the refill. I recommended three times removing the product to see what is going on under my nails, and I was said that there is no time for removing today! At last, she decided to remove one of the two infected nails, and it was obvious it was mould or fungus (I dont know what's the correct name) and all I got was a question if I am swimmer (which I am not!) because this happens from water! Even when I asked for a treatment or advice, all I got was advice to buy a product from Boots!In the end, the technichian offered a discount for the removal which I had to pay and she passed me to a trainee!! I understand that things can go wrong, but avoiding responsibility, especially for hygiene issues, is a huge red flag.Clearly, she wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible as she started getting other clients even though my initial booking time hadn't ended!I am not the type that makes a scene as there were 4 or 5 more clients in the salon, and it's not about the money but for the maintenance of customer relationships, which is so poor.This obviously is a managing problem and not an individual one (that's why I am not mentioning the technician's name). Because of the limited time the technicians have to accommodate unexpected events, they prefer to leave customers walk away disappointed rather than keeping and taking care of them.

Didn?t have a great first experience when I went last week. They were running behind because they didn?t have enough staff and didn?t stagger their appointments properly so it was super rushed. The nail tech doing my nails rushed the job because she was late to start my appointment and had people waiting. As a result she accidentally filed my cuticles several times when she was shaping my nails and didn?t do this properly because she left the ends sharp so i actually had to refile them when i got home because i scratched myself. Not too pleased with the end result it definitely could?ve been done better. I would also recommend you book exactly what you want when booking because i asked the nail tech to put glitter tips on my manicure (which takes a few minutes) but she refused because she didn?t have time thankfully i had booked nail art when i booked my manicure so she ended up doing them.

Arrived for my 1:40pm appointment and was advised the owner moved it to 5:20pm without informing me. Horrible service. Thankfully Perfect Nails was able to take me on a last minute appointment.

I love this place!!! Staff are super informative, trustworthy and give excellent advice! Clean and hygienic, professional, friendly staff. I have to say it is probably the best nail salon I've been to!

Today I managed to get a last minute appointment to have my nails done at this salon. I am so pleased to say I was very impressed with the service received from this salon. The owner who initially took my call and two ladies that work there are so professional and service oriented. I am very fussy when it comes to my nails and can happily say they were done perfectly. Having such a friendly and professional therapists do my treatment so well makes me want to go back and support them. I should also probably mention hygiene is great and good quality products are used.

This is my first review because I understand how difficult it is to run a business and maintain a loyal clientele. However, the conversation I had with the business owner tested my patience and tolerance, and I believe it deserves to be shared publicly.I got my nails done at this salon two weeks ago. Within 1.5 weeks, the first nail fell off, and today two more nails came off. I contacted the nail technician directly, thinking she could schedule me for repairs. I informed her as soon as the first nail fell off but didn't contact the business because my infill session was due in 2 weeks, and I didn't want to trouble them. It turned out to be the wrong decision.Following my missed call, the business owner contacted me, and his attitude on the phone was appalling. He refused to listen and continuously tried to blame me for not reporting the first nail falling off earlier, despite my explanation. He even brought up the fact that my nails were done at a different salon before, implying that it was the reason for the issue. He attempted to cover up the poor quality of work with his arrogant behavior. I will attach pictures of my nails so that anyone reading this review can assess them for themselves. Two other nails were also lifting, and I paid a considerable amount of money to have them done.As the conversation deteriorated, he said that he was going to ban me as a customer, claiming that the salon was busy and didn't need more customers. Eventually, he realized his poor communication and offered to fix my nails, but I made the decision not to go. This wasn't about getting the nails fixed for free; it was about the way customers are treated. Clearly, he lacks the understanding of putting customers first and listening to their genuine feedback.Although it's everyone's choice to choose a salon they like, this level of service is not what someone would expect. He reached out to me later, saying he would welcome me to have my nails fixed, but it was too late due to his previous rude and aggressive communication. I had made up my mind up not to go there. He then proceeded to block my number. It's not just about the money; customers don't accept any kind of behavior under the condition of having their poor work fixed for free.I will never return to this nail salon again and will not recommend it to anyone else

Will never go back again. I showed the lady doing my nails a reference photo and she did the total opposite of what I wanted. The lady also cut my cuticle on my toes and it bled and told me I was a sensitive girl that?s why it started to bleed.
