Pros: Good location, great car park, onsite cafe, has a nice quick grab buffet sales point near entrance, has a miniature outdoor garden zone, hand car wash nearby.Cons: Security team has the lowest care, staff park in parent and child bays, staff park without badges in disabled zones, the hygiene is poor, on our visit we spotted over 30 trip/slip hazards.The cafe has a bad reputation for filth and disgusting items found in food.The local school next door Fills the car park at 9am and 3pm.

Great products at great prices, download their 'more' app for extra discounts and offers, plenty of parking and although busy the store never seems packed.

The shop itself was fine but the cafe was a joke advised the food would take an hour if we're luckily and the attitude if the staff was poor....left without ordering..

Goods placed in wrong places under wrong price tag. Been caught out a few times. Supposed to be 3 bottles of wine for £18. No discount so had to trek back to the store. Again today meant to be 25% off 6 bottles of wine. No discount so held on the phone for 50 minutes to sort it out. Customer service in the shop said there was nothing they could do the man had a terrible attitude. Just wanted me to go away! Store is very messy I think more staff are needed.

What a lovely store. Don't get over this side of Watford often but will have to now. Very spacious & very helpful staff at the scan & go section.

Just been here for the first time in a while and realised why I go to other stores in the area. The offers in certain areas coluld not be explained by the shop assistant. The person on the till scanned the productgs like they were bricks and could not understand me, The bill did notexplain the offers and there iks no around to discuss it with. A good check and shows why its better to go a mile down the road to get a better service and price.

Keep an eye on prices, very often the price advertised is not the price charged at checkout, especially where discounts are concerned. Morrisons is far from as cheap as they'd like us to think.

I've been to this Morrisons for so long as a motorcyclist never a problem.Today the security told me to take my motorcycle helmet off. I show him it's a half face helmet so my face can be seen and recognised clearly, nope. I tell him if it's about identification I can leave my passport with him whilst I shop, still no.Well, I guess Morrisons no longer wants my custom. 1 star review it is then. If this changes then my review will change and I'll be shopping again.

A woman on the fish counter walked away from me , when I asked her where the milk was Also a young male shop worker didn't tell me where the frozen packaged fish was in a isle. I won't be using Morrisons in the near future and probably longer.

I've been coming to this Morrisons virtually every weekday for the past 7 years.A new member of staff under the name of 'Baha' as advised by 'Rohit' the manager is incredibly rude, unprofessional and incompetent in her responsibilities.After an issue that arose due to me not having my ID to purchase two scratch cards, I contested her decision due to poor sense of judgement and discrepancy. I requested that I would like to check with a manager as with challenge 25, it is down to personal discrepancy whether ID is to be requested. I'm 27 by the way... covered in tattoos and had my car keys in hand with multiple members of staff that have seen and known me after such a long stretch of being a customer.Anyways... Baha initially refused to obey my request for the manager and had a smug smile on her face and proceeded to tell me there are no managers. After back and forth, she decided to obey her responsibility and ask for a manager to come to the kiosk. Why this wasn't actioned straight away, I don't know. Pride maybe...Whilst I was speaking to the manager, Rohit, I see Baha 'slagging me off' to another customer at the kiosk.As a manager myself, I think upper management within Morrisons need to work closely with their new members of staff and branch managers in providing adequate training for Challenge 25, how to use initiative and how to deal with customers both long standing and new.Terrible service from Baha at the front kiosk.
