Although we had some issues with the seller in the latter stages, Rolstons were very accommodating and responsive throughout the whole process. All the staff were very friendly. Stephen who was our main contact was helpful in any queries that we had but most of all we really felt the care in his work.

Highly invasive and unprofessional behaviour from Paul Gillespie, he has searched through properties listed on Rightmove, taken the postcode from the site, and house number presumably from the images to then aquire land reg title. He's then messaging people directly on LinkedIn about listings.Whilst I'm not sure if this a breach of any privacy laws, it feels very invasive and predatory.For someone with a long career in real estate (according to his own LinkedIn profile) you would assume he would use more moral tactics to gain clients

After trying to sell our home with a number of local agents we decided to ask Rolstons, after their continued efforts to get in touch. From our initial meeting through to a successful sale the service was seamless. I must say a special thank you to Matthew and Paul who?s communication was faultless, the whole team were brilliant to work with. Despite our persistent efforts to arrange a viewing for a flat we were genuinely interested in with Rolstons, we faced challenges as they assured us a callback from the rental team to finalize the booking process. However, it's been two weeks, and we are disappointed that we have yet to receive the expected call. This lack of communication has made it difficult for us to proceed with our housing plans.

Took the morning off my work to view a property with Rolestons and they never turned up. I had to leave after 30min of waiting and calling them without an answer. Later I received an email to rearrange the viewing. Did not want to waste more of my time with this agency. Very unprofessional.
