I had an extremely disappointing experience today at the Skechers retail shop in Watford Atria. The customer service was abysmal, and the sales agent I encountered was incredibly rude. They displayed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. I would strongly advise anyone considering shopping at this location to think twice and explore other options with better service. One star is generous for such a negative experience.

I recently visited Skechers and had a fantastic shopping experience. They offer a wide range of shoes and trainers for both women and men, catering to all tastes and preferences.The store was impeccably clean, creating a pleasant shopping environment. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional staff. Although I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who assisted us, his associate number (823855) was on my receipt, and he deserves recognition.He was incredibly attentive and went the extra mile to help us find the perfect shoe size. His polite and friendly demeanor made our shopping trip enjoyable. It's evident that the staff at Skechers take customer service seriously.With the combination of an extensive selection of footwear and a staff that's ready to assist when needed, I have no doubt we'll be returning to Skechers for our future shoe needs. Highly recommended!

Bought my Skechers from here and the staff were very warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to go in the back hunting out shoes for us. Very supportive and helpful. Would totally recommend.

I was shopping in watford store today. A store assistant ( young lady) was literally said F- to me in front of every customers in the shop. It is shocking! I have to ask for another sales assistant to replace her.Basically I need to find a pair of white trainers for work, she was serving me at beginning, she went to the back room, searching for shoes in size 4, after 20-30 mins waiting, nobody came back with a search result. The I looked around and noticed that she came out already, she was standing near the entrance, doing nothing. So I called her back, asked ~ where is my shores. She looked at me and said F- loudly. I was shocked. Then she told me: there is no size 4. I told her, at least you can tell me. Then she replied: what do you want me to do. Rather than apologizing. I told her: lady, you have some attitude, I can?t stand it, please ask your colleague to take over.This level of customer service is shocking. I, as a long term customer, is very disappointed. I will never shop in Skechers.
