The worst store I've ever seen in my life. They've been delayed 25 days to deliver my product until today. They didn't deliver it to me too bad. Don't risk spending your money there because they don't send your product and keep your money

This store is filled with liars especially one staff called Bernice. I made a purchase and was told they needed my email to send me a receipt as they do not print receipts in store. I was sceptical about this but she assured me it was only to send my receipt so I gave her me email address.In the last 24hrs since shopping and giving my email address, I have received no less than seven SPAM emails from the fragrance shop. I attempted to call them severally to ask them to stop but no one ever picks up the phone. I will be making a formal complaint to Ofcom about these unsolicited emails. A fine by Ofcom will teach them a lesson and make them comply with the electronic communications act and GDPR in the future.

I went in there today to buy a birthday present for my cousin. Excellent customer service from a young man by the name of Mahdi. Polite, helpful and informative.

I initially visited the shop a week ago & smelt some of their Ikon (own brand dupes) with a view to buying some. I telephoned the same branch in watford a few days before my second visit, & informed the sales assistant who was really helpful, that I stumbled across some discount codes online. She said that all I needed to do was visit the shop with a valid/ current promo code, & they would happily enter it into the till when I pay for the fragrance/s I wanted to buy. Seemingly straight forward, . . . . so you would think.I went there on my second visit & saw a (red haired) middle aged lady who allowed me to sample a selection of their Ikon frags. I selected the one I wanted to buy, & advised her that I had a promo code that I checked that same morning prior to setting off. She made a whole fuss, telling me that it was only for online purchases. I asked her politely if she could kindly call her head office for confirmation of what I had already been told by another sales assistant. She started getting irritated while quizing me as what was her colleague's name, who initially served me, what did she look like. I replied that she was a young lady in their mid 20's & I couldn't even tell you what the first lady looked like. This was like being interviewed by a police officer under caution, & not buying fragrance from a high street retailer. She called her manager, & I asked if I could speak to them to clarify the information that I had given & confirmed prior to my visit. She then said I was being rude to her, which I replied " no I'm simply asking to speak to your head office superior" which is not rude, it's a polite request. I told her she was experiencing frustration, & that I was not rude by asking her if I could speak to whoever was on the phone. She was still really irate, which I had nothing to do with.This overly aggressive middle aged red haired lady, was on a deluded power trip while quizing me, asking me what the colleague looked like etc. Thank god her head office knew their precise & correct policy, & simply advised this ol' dragon to put the code I presented to her in the till to apply the discount. This lady seemed even more iriate to be told by head office to apply the code, as this small minded individual had the bit between her teeth. If she was running the company, they wouldn't last 2 minutes treating customers & fellow staff the way she wants to.This experience has left a very sour taste, & this sort of middle aged lady would be better suited working for the job centre where they like to bully & interrogate the poor folks in need of benefits. What a waste she is! All I can suggest is that you go to Boots instead, & speak to any number of the decent ladies who don't have any type of personality disorder that treat you properly while making your purchase.Lastly, if you look at their current google review rating of 4.1 stars, it seems like I'm not the only customer who's had a bad time experience with them. Maybe this lady is ruining the watford branch with her awful corrosive personality & argumentative attitude. If head office reads this you need to relieve this middle aged lady of her duties, & try to salvage what customers you have remaining.

Redhead with glasses old woman is super rude. Looks like she doesn?t want to help. Honestly get younger fresh staff that are more passionate, she looks tired

The staff were so friendly in this store, the lady knew her stuff and told me all about the new aftershaves for men, that were similar to Dior Savage. She let me smell loads and didn't mind at all. The shop is small but seems to have everything you need, very clean and lots of offers

I have been buying perfumes mainly from them for years. Never had an issue. For the first time, I had an issue with the product.. went to return it, and have had the most awful customer experience. It has been 5 weeks. I am still being robbed off by the Customer Service Team, via email. That the area manager will contact me. Then I was told that the area manager has sent me an email, which I never received. So I asked for evidence. Nothing. 5 weeks, it's absolutely disgusting customer service. So there is no Complaints Inbox, or anywhere else where I can escalate this issue. Never ever buying from this place again. John Lewis. I shall update the outcome of my case.

Shocking experience! I signed up to Scent Addict while in store and the wrong perfume was ordered. I double checked with the lady before the order was placed and she confirmed it was correct yet still ordered the wrong one! I then contacted customer services who are now demanding that I pay for postage to return something I never requested!! Lesson well learnt, next time don't trust anyone to do something besides yourself! Also, avoid asking for assistance from the elder lady who would rather count stock than serve her customers. The service levels have dropped drastically over the past few years. Avoid this branch at all costs!!For those who are local to Watford, I suggest you visit the outlet store located in The Galleria, Hatfield. Lovely ladies over there, who are much more welcoming!

Such rude staff! Apparently no managers on site and I can ?wait and see? if my click and collect would be ready before Christmas?..if it wasn?t going to be 2 hours like the site said I would have paid for next day delivery!!

Great in the Watford store. Not so in the Uxbridge store. Didn't have the100 mil in Black Prada in Watford. Had to go to Uxbridge to collect. Staff member who served me wasn't engaging at all.I was spending a lot of money on a birthday gift. Won't be going back to the Uxbridge store

Visited the fragrance shop to buy a gift set for a special birthday coming up. The customer service selina provided was second to none made sure all my requirements were met before offering the best most suitable product. Will be visiting again soon!
