So I went in to timberland last week and was greeted by Sharmin and Gavin . They were excellent. I came in to browse for new work shoes and Gavin kindly showed me the current collection and guided me to practical and affordable option. On my first trip I brought the green boots. I love them so much I?ve returned a week later to buy another set for going out and was convinced to buy the beige version which again I completely love. Having been given so much good advice and guidance, this time I followed the given advice to buy shoe care to help protect my boots ( wish I listened the first time). However this time I listened and have brought enough shoe care for all 3 pairs and they kindly put the water repellent on the boots for me and cleaned the dirty boots brought a week before (should have listened then). Ended up buying a matching coat as well, love it.

Went into timberland today to have a look at women sandals, found a great selection and the service in store was outstanding. I would really recommend going in for the service!!

The staff at this store could not have been more helpful. Went there pre Christmas to browse and then on 27th December and found a great pair of top quality boots reduced from £150 to £105. I've never spent that much on footwear before but am very happy with my purchase. I tried a 9 and a half which wasn't quite right so the manager called another store to see if they had a 10 which could be sent to me direct. Took about 10 mins in total, checked all my details and I have a message to say they'll be delivered today by DHL. Great shop, great products and great staff. I can't believe the previous review about rude staff. If you're patient and polite when shopping you'll get great service. Saw some awful abuse of staff in other stores in Watford on 27th.

Fantastic service really friendly staff which took care of us even on a busy Saturday thank you to the lady which seemed to be in charge today made sure we were being looked after and we enjoyed our visit .

Absolutely love the product and the brand, been wearing the gear well over a decade. But will never shop in the Watford store again. It's a real shame that such a good brand is fronted by rude sales staff that dont know the meaning of 'customer service'.Left the store feeling worthless today after a brief discussion with one of the team. And more importantly, whilst everyone has bad days at work, it's highly inappropriate for 2 colleagues to argue with each other in front of the customer. Shame

Very bad customer service yesterday. We walked in Timberland (Watford) to buy, and the lady that was working barely even looked at us. I've asked if I could try some boots on and all she said was yeah. So we stood there thinking she'll approach and ask for a size at least.. nothing. After a while I've asked again can I try them boots of the shelf then. She nodded her head. NO engagement with the customer whatsoever. My 11yo asked what's wrong with her. She's selling a £100+ shoes, she could smile at least.

Just walked past and a female member of staff leant out the door, shouted Bailey and stuck her middle finger up!!! Right in front of me and when children we walking past! Well done Timberland for employing such a nice individual!!!!!!
