I visited the shop several times in January & February due to the lack of data in my sim card.Despite all attempts to solve the problem,Vodafone Technical Department failed to solve the same.I have to admit that only with patience and knowledge of Mr Paul one of the Vodafone staff in Watford shop was the sim card problem solved.I have to thank Mr Paul.The company Vodafone must be really proud to have such employee.Mr Obrad Mileusnic

My husband and I went into the Watford Vodaphone branch with some queries about our current Mobiles and the storage of photographs etc. The staff were very proffessional, helpful and patient and explained everything we needed as we are not that great on all the new technologies.Many thanks

I visited the Vodafone Atria store on 01 Nov 2023 to purchase a SIM card for my child and had a mixed experience. The initial interaction with the representative, Priya, was pleasant, but the process took an excessive amount of time, approximately 45 minutes, to issue the SIM card. Although Priya offered assistance, it seemed she was new to the role and made several mistakes while inputting my name, resulting in it being inaccurately entered my surname as "Coorya" instead of "Cooray." Unfortunately, amidst this prolonged process, I inadvertently left my passport behind at the outlet, which I only realized upon reaching home and it was already late in the evening to return to the store.Upon attempting to contact the outlet, my call was directed to an answering machine. Frustratingly, there was no available space to leave a message. Resolving to collect my passport early the next morning, I returned to the outlet, only to be informed by the office representative that they did not have my passport.They checked all the drawers but couldn't find it. They even contacted the employee who assisted us with our transaction the day before, but she also confirmed that the passport wasn't there. It was the worst feeling I had ever experienced; Determined to find it, I turned around and decided to visit all the shops we had been to the day before. Just as we were about to leave the Vodafone store, a staff member called out to us, saying that they had found the passport which was kept in a different drawer.This experience raises two concerns: firstly, my name was incorrectly entered into the system, and secondly, the failure to notify me promptly about my misplaced passport, which is of utmost importance as a recent arrival in the UK.In my opinion, Vodafone should improve their customer handling approach and prioritize accuracy to avoid wasting both their own and their customers' time.

Wanted help with transferring ownership on a phone plan and didn?t feel the warm welcome felt as if it was a pain for them to sort out and was reasoned with the ?our system crashes when we try do it, fill out the form online? as no one could be bothered. Was in the shop not even two minutes and was turned away

My experience at Vodafone Watford today changed my impression of Vodafone. I just asked some simple questions, and a thin Indian woman also answered my questions, I wonder if she didn't get any commission on me ,the woman's attitude was very impatient and unfriendly , does Vodafone no longer care about customer experience at all?

They just asked us to call 191 for anything. Didn?t even ask if I?m on Vodafone network or what the problem was. I came back home and called 191 from my Lebara network, well you where it took me :) anyways pulled out the correct number from the web and got connected to Vodafone over the call, where they asked us to go back to the store coz the problem cant ve solved over a call :/ all this wouldn?t have happened if they would have just heard us out at the store before sending us back home.No one at the store is ready to help existing customers but just there to sell stuff..Frustration == vodafone

I tried to enter the store at 5:47pm today. The staff told us to leave because the store is closed eventhough it's supposed to close at 6pm and they had the shutters down about three quarters the way at this time.If the store closes at 5:45pm this information should be updated on Google and if it actually does close at 6pm then the staff were clearly neglecting their duties.Very poor customer service, the staff didn't bother to even listen to our request and were very unwelcoming.Definitely would not recommend this branch.

Nobody available to ask for new supply pricing. Prices on the boards in store were higher than on the board outside the door. You entice potential customers in, but then ignored them. Poor show

Guys manning this Vodafone store are absolutely of no help, they are self obsessed, self engaging uncouth lot if you are expecting them to be of any help as for vodafone?s customer service values.

They helped me with an issue I could not solve after one hour trying myself on the webpage, and one hour by phone. It took them 15 min. Superb customer care by Priya.
