Bought a ring online to replace my wedding and engagement rings while pregnant but they were too big. There were three ladies in the store, the one who served me was very unhelpful and rude and seemed to actually want to make it a difficult and unpleasant experience (the other two did attempt to be a bit more pleasant). This was my first ever purchase from Warren James and will be my last due to really terrible customer service.

Some of the staff there just sit and giggle between each other. They do not acknowledge any customers. Some of them are rude. I think this store needs to close for a week and they need in depth internal staff training

My girlfriend has been trying to get me a special present for nearly 4 weeks. We looked in there window and spotted a really nice ring ideal for our purpose so she went in and was told it is sold out. OK. Close to Christmas. So she tried again christmas week still sold out. A little bit annoyed being january sales. She waited till today being my birthday only to be confronted with the same woman who she said was VERY ROOD and did not even try and look for my size which is U I must have the most common U size finger (wedding band finger) my girlfriend was also told go on the website which is 3 times the price (not only that my other half asked about any ring that size no matter the price) only to be told they do not have. We are only looking for a symbol and since I work with my hands the price is good for us. In my opinion this woman needs to think about a new job or the company should review her employment because my better half has still not been able to get my christmas present, new year's present or birthday present maybe a change needs to happen. She should not be aloud to have her position cause it looks like no one is getting anything they want but she has many rings and braslets on all the time. Out of order

I bought this item in Atria Watford, and the manager was soo rude with me and my husband, she didn't want to refund my money back, and I had everything, the receipt, the email from customer service where they said that I can refund or exchange the item. For that I don't want to buy anything else here. Also she called the security guy. Finally I sent another email to them with my number and they called me back, so they refund my money. This was a very bad time here.

Received a present back in March the ring didn't fit. My husband went back to the store just before lockdown to ask them to exchange the ring for a smaller size and they said that they didn't have a smaller size available and would call him when they receive a smaller size. The lockdown happened a week later. They never called. Went to the store today and they refused to exchange and said that the ring that doesn't fit me were worn.

Staff were diabolical, big queue outside the shop due to social distancing which was to be expected. Only one staff member serving the others polishing the glass cabinet and openinggift bags I mean seriously you have a queue hello ! I then said is there only one person serving as you have a big queue here onlyto be met with hostility from the sales assistant who slammed down her bags huffed & puffed and then threw her hands in the air ! She then stomped from the counter to the window to see what I wanted, she slammed the window door on entry and exit. Never felt so unwanted in a shop before. If my niece had not asked for this specific bracelet from warren james I wouldhave left whilst inthe queue. Don't blame covid, manners and good customer service cost nothing. BTW I also work in retail so no excuses !!!

Very poor customer service. They closed the door on my nose while on opening times is showing they close at 6 at 5.22 they shut the door.as said to the member of staff if I can ask something and they turn the back on me and shut the lights.I will not come here again very disappointed ?
