Extremely poorly run company, employing arrogant people,unskilled,rude and offers very poor service when it comes to kitchen/bathroom design and installation. Avoid at all costs

They weren't open. Are they ever? So I'll point this review toward their so called "customer service" dept. Their isn't one. They have a very rude, very unhelpful team of individuals that don't care and clearly don't want to help. As an organisation they are truly appalling. In store is totally different but they don't control deliveries or pick ups or damaged goods. I have never in my 50yrs encountered such atrocious lack of customer care. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP AT WICKS.

Very poor ! I asked for a MacMillan coffee morning poster to be put up in the store. Didn't ask for anything else , no donation ,no goodies for a prize just the poster to be displayed and was told 'We have our charities which we help ,so no we can't' This is appalling I feel ,what harm could a poster do to advertise an event to help a cancer charity. I will Never! go into a Wicks again. Sincerely Jackie Brearley

Absolutely shocking company. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Waited a week for kitchen to be delivered asked for a refund and the order to be cancelled it was now been well over a month and still no refund.

Wicks have been so harsh, we had a kitchen installed,but through I?ll heath and work going on, we were unable to check,also wasn?t told we had too,being in our 70s it would have been impossible to move and check it all . When we had the kitchen installed they give us wrong colours and sizes things I had paid for didn?t even turn up ,the delivery guy broke stuff and said don?t worry I?ll report it and you?re get a new one.never happened,I could list more,but as a customer that bought my previous kitchen about three years ago I would never recommend them ok when taking your money

* Impossible to speak to ANYONE regarding a return- been trying since last week to speak to Wickes. Hold on for twenty minutes at time! Called Head office in desperation, they answered and then put me through to online orders. Same story - now holding on AGAIN!!

I am only giving two stars as some people who work here try to help, the majority of the staff are so useless you may as well sack them all and invest in AI like Amazon live chat, at least they can resolve your issue.

I would give zero if I can. Customer service appalling. So far its taken 18 months to fit bathroom and still not finished. No one calls u back. Managers rude. Wish I'd never used them

NO STARS.Was allowed to load my trolly with 40 quids worth of fire logs but, would not allow access to bags of compost in the yard !! was told no . Because they were using the fork lift .Why did they not stop the fork lift And pass six bags of compost in to me ?3 minutes at the most.I?ve spent hundreds of pounds there this year , never again will another penny go there! Thousands over the years.Same with the kitchen I purchased from them a couple of years back the fitting was shambolic and the top units fell to the mixer tap on the sink. From one year into the next before any one rectified the job.Oh yes and when I decided to leave the fuel logs and leave . I got a sarcastic( take care) from the button pusher on the till. He thought he was being clever in front of three other staff.Don?t purchase from them.If that?s the way they treat pensioners. They are uncaring clock on and clock off wasters!The customers don?t matter?.B AND Q from now on.

I expect this company is about to go into administration shortly. Everytime I get put on hold to 'sort out a refund' I get hung up on. Presumably because they haven't got the funds to do it. After 6 weeks of calling, I'm having to write off that money owed now as I just haven't the time to keep chasing their incompetence anymore. Whatever your reason for dealing with them, avoid like the plague. I'd give 0 stars but these things never let you.

This is not a review of the head office but the store in Brentwood Essex.The brentwood store seems to be the most run down dirty wickes store in the country, hardly any staff to help or take money, no one seems to know what they are doing.Head office you need to visit this store and either sort it out or close downMay 23.

Whatever Wickes are paying their outsourced customer service, it is too much. 6 hours on a phone where they have both cancelled and re-ordered a faulty item, sworn at me, said they don't know anything and were generally unhelpful.I have been trying in vain to get a faulty bathroom speaker fixed (It continually makes noise throughout the day and night). I had to contact the manufacturer directly in order to get a new one sent out because the customer service agents lacked the common sense to pass on information from customer to the manufacturer. Now I am being told 3 months before the issue is resolved and apparently constant noise that causes sleep deprivation and noise pollution is "not a priority" to Wickes. If I could turn the thing off it wouldn't be so bad, but the original fitters attached it directly to the mains and didn't put an isolation switch.Absolute shambles of a customer service, especially Sophie, Colin and Brogan. Their notes, gained through a subject access request show that they lie about customers and the other staff can be heard in the background berating customers that have genuine problems.
