Posted an item via eBay, however we missed the eCP number which allows Argos to contact our customer, allowing them to collect.Called up, got through to a person in under 2 minutes, problem was resolved within a minute. I am still in disbelief at how smooth of an exchange this was!!!!!!!!! 6 Stars

Rude staff, phoned and put in a complaint on Sunday and I haven't had a reply. I returned a mattress, the member of staff was happy to accept it and was doing the refund and then a second member of staff stopped him.
