I do not usually leave reviews, but the customer service I receive from this Boots, is so awful, probably the worst I?ve ever had?which has led me to write a review. I?ve held back for a while, but finally decided to switch pharmacy, due to their lack of care for their customers. The staff are extremely slow to serve, the store never answer calls and I ALWAYS have an issue with my repeat prescription. If you do use this Boots, be prepared to wait a lifetime.

This review is for the pharmacy only and does not reflect the other staff that work in boots. The pharmacy staff however are very rude. They never get my prescription correct and on top of that they accused me of ordering the wrong items which I have confirmed on my app. They have also previously been accused of having received medication I hadn?t which is humiliating. For these reasons I will not be using their services again! Worst customer service I?ve ever experienced!

Boots moors walk has gone completely downhill with prescriptions. Every time either I or my family members go in to get our prescription its the same "we don't have your repeat prescription" even though we triple check to sign it off when we got it last for them to do a repeat. "The medication isn't ready yet" eventhough the Dr's issued it a week ago. I always say 2 or 3 times for the future "can I have this on repeat please" they don't tick the box so when next month comes and I'm almost out of meds they say "well we havent got the repeat because it wasn't ticked" its terrible. I have spoken to countless people in the queue who are all complaining about similar things, the staff tell me they've let go a few of the employees who have completely messed up the system with prescriptions but it seems to still be going on. I think they just need shutting down at this point. I don't blame the staff, some of them are lovely and seem just as frustrated as us, I can imagine how embarrassing it is to keep saying the same things. What a shame.

Lady at the front desk got annoyed at us for us complaining about them not giving us something that its unhealthy to go without even though the items were pre-ordered for us

It's small so has limited product and there can be a long wait in line.

Shockingly rude lady who works there. On multiple occasions her attitude comes across as if you're putting her out just by picking up a prescription. Once, you could put down to a bad day. But this seems to be every time

Que out the door, 40min wait each time, unable to fill prescription even after 2 visits and a phone call to the drs. Rude, unhelpful staff. Will no longer use them.

Shockingly bad pharmacy here. Queues are always to the door (or out the door). The service is so poor and slow, and the pharmacy staff don?t seem to care at all! I?ve always had a problem with my prescription here (either they never receive the electronic prescription or they don?t have medicine in stock). Please, please save yourself the time and hassle and try any other pharmacy in WGC (the one in Waitrose in the town centre has been great!).

Very bad communication between ladies at the front and the ones at the back. The last two times I was made to wait unacceptably long time for my medicine to be ready and it turned out it was ready but no one was telling me.They are generally very slow. I could see about four people at the back and two people at the front today. It?s not because they are short staffed.There was a new employee at the front desk today and I felt very uncomfortable with how rude the other person was with her. No surprise the nice ones don?t last.Unreliable opening hours. They keep changing them, especially lunch hour and Saturday hours.Repeat prescriptions take too long and you don?t get notifications to tell you when they are ready to be picked up anymore.If you?re there for anything else rather than prescription they are utterly perplexed and cannot help you. I laugh every time my surgery advises seeking advice from the pharmacy.If this was a shop selling magazines and sweets - fine. For a chemist the service is inadequate.
