“Visited 2023: this location is wheelchair accessible with a flush and level entrance and ramp inside. The store is big enough to accommodate. The pre checks for eye test is easy enough however the rooms with the opticians are very small so it’ll be hard navigating but not impossible. Friendly staff.”

“I came in to Specsavers today to get my glasses sorted out wrong prescription and paid for it I've purchase to find out it was not covered by mistake and now asking me to pay a further £59 to cover their mistake I paid £427 for a pair of glasses that is supposed to be included everything told me on the day will be in a new customer for a long time to be told it's not that case totally disappointed the way I've been treated not recommended and disappointed with staff unable to help and willing to help on the large amount of money that I've paid they won't check they don't care I came in today and saw a senior manager who has sorted all the problems out from the past and now we're back on the right track or a new pair of glass is on its way into each time thank you for Specsavers for sorting this out”
