I went in to ask for help and the Asian pharmacist in there went over and above her duties to help me out. She got it all sorted for me and helped me so much and so quickly. She was really kind and I can’t thank her enough. Fantastic service and real dedication to her job, a really helpful, kind and decent woman who thoughtfully helped me out. True customer service is rare these days, and Boots - she deserves a pay rise and some serious recognition at her next appraisal. Bless her.”
