It was an amazing experience. Loved their welcoming style. The staff was so so kind and friendly. And Hairstylist Simon did an amazing job I really loved the look he gave me. Truly sweet people they were. Really enjoyed. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit their Welwyn Garden branch

I was able to book online very easily and my hairstylist, Victoria, was exceptional. She really gave me some time away from the everyday stress and rush and pampered me with a nice shampoo and head massage. She then made me feel beautiful with the haircut and the final look. The salon is a calm and friendly environment and the overall experience was worth every penny. I?ll come back for sure!

Mu first time at this salon. Very nice experience! The lady which cut my hair was so delicate and careful with my hair . I can?t remember her name tho . I hope she has an amazing life cause she made my day on Saturday. I only had a trim and a finish but extremely nice experience! ?

I had a haircut and styling at Welwyn Garden City today and the kind lady from Hitchin was very patient with all my requirements of male long hair and very forthcoming with all the solutions, she really made me go from Severus Snape to Timothee Chalamet lol ?, would be coming back 100 percent and would be very helpful if I can request her hairstyling services again in a couple of months.

Have been coming here for over 5 years and so happy with the colour and cut every time. Stephanie knows exactly which shades of blonde to use and keep it looking natural. Lucy always cuts my hair to keep it flattering for my face shape. They?re brilliant and always remember the conversations we had last even if it was months ago.
