Visited the branch and was greeted by two lovely young girls Madison and Charlotte, I was served by Madison. Why Madison was finding us our perfect holiday Charlotte popped the kettle on and made us a brew. I’ve had nothing but good things to say about TUI but this has infuriated me.Imagine booking a holiday paying upfront then a month before your holiday finding out that the hotel you’re staying in is being used for refugees.I don’t believe for one second that TUI doesn’t know this, I’m fact they have told me on... read full comment
