Fabulous experience today at the QEll pharmacy. I saw a very helpful young lady in there today, who helped me immensely with my problem. Her assessment was thorough and she made me feel very comfortable, very easy to talk to, with a polite and caring nature. This makes all the difference! Infact all the staff were very polite, courteous and knowledgeable.Fantastic service.Thankyou.

Putting people's health at risk.My pregnant partner has twice been hospitalised for severe hyperemesis.I have called every phone number on their website trying to get hold of the Lister pharmacy. She has been waiting a fortnight for her prescription.She has called almost every day for two weeks. No answer. No voicemail.Left callback requests on their website. Nothing.Does she have to hospitalised again before she is given her prescription?

Visit to hospital as outpatient. Dr gives a prescription for a month's of medication taken to the pharmacy at the hospital. Paid for medication and given only 2 weeks worth. When challenged, the head pharmacist angrily said they can only prescribe 1 pack even though prescription says 2 and if I want more to go to my GP.I should have asked for my prescription back. Obviously a discrepancy and I will never use this pharmacy again

Supposedly don't accept electronic prescriptions despite their own website noting that electronic prescriptions are the norm and paper the exeption. They seem to have an issue with privately issued prescriptions, perhaps because they don't get the NHS fee? Who knows?

Excellent staff. Lovely lady helped sort out confusing prescription ahead of a procedure and actually took me to radiology and discussed with them to clarify. Thank you for your help.
