Hidden gem. Worth seeking out on the industrial estate near St Mary's Hospital. Knowledgeable, friendly staff who didn't rush us. Free delivery over £200 when we visited.

I have now bought three white goods from them, they have been very helpful in all aspects. Excellent knowledge of their products, delivery within 24 hours, installation where applicable and removal of old appliances, at a price but very acceptable in this day. Very good communication when and at what time they will be there to deliver, they made an extra trip to Ventnor especially for us.

I bought several items from Buywise, they not only hung on to them for several weeks, I was moving, and couldnt give a definite date, the delivery men did an excellent job, took all the packaging away, and even built the wardrobe i had ordered. Excellent service, and price comparable to many main outlets.

Expensive place to shop but if you want quality you have to pay top dollar, and this is the place to go only problem is it takes a long time for some of the furniture to be delivered so if your looking to getting a new sofa quickly this is not the place for you
