Online banking is a joke! Shut me out for 7 days waiting for security number to arrive in post, leaving me unable to pay my bills online and make various transactions, Staff unable to help reactivate my online banking..Useless!

Halifax, Newport, Isle of Wight - really helpful staff when I went to sort out my elderly relation's account. Having had a rather negative experience dealing with Head Office on the phone, who denied there was a Halifax branch on this Island, the staff in this branch really went above and beyond in being helpful: well done
