Only ever one cashier serving, while other staff stand around ideal, line walking asking if they can help. Yes, get on a till and start serving!. This practice continually creates long queues and extended wait times. worst bank in Newport!

Queued for 20-30mins for a rubbish service, will now be moving my bank account else where - would recommend other people to do the same. No wonder NatWest are lagging towards the bottom of the banking league tables.Went over the road to another bank, what a total contrast

Reporting on behalf of my mum, who isn't tech savvy.Long story short:Was told she can't change the name on her account without birth certificate or deed poll, despite having photo ID, and divorce papers showing the change in her name.Also having been told previously that divorce papers would suffice.Went to Santander, and they were able to change her name without issue.This is one of many negative experiences my mum has told me about while dealing with this particular branch.

I've just been into natwest newport I. O. W this morning for help to unblock my card and help to set up a bank app on my phone. Robert Clarke was very helpful and even though social distancing had to be followed he managed to help me set up my app and open an ISA. Thank you. Couldn't have done it without him

All but two branches are closed on the Isle of Wight, they have stopped the mobile branches and the Newport branch is not open on Saturdays. Not much of a service!

Really glad I closed my account with this worst bank imaginable!!! I had been with this bank for over 10 years, and terrible service the people in the bank need vitamin d pills, so miserable quite annoying to be bothered, by bored workers with nothing better to do when waiting to be served in line!!! Never enough people on behind the desk the lights are way to bright in the bank, making the environment very uncomfortable, I recommend this bank to experience miserable staff and nothing better to do workers, this is like being in an episode of Fawlty Towers!!!! PS if you love in bank false advertising there latest in store *advert* win a free car when taking out a mortgage this is right up your alley!!!!

You need patience if you are trying to phone Nat West. I gave up in the end, terrible service for information. I am forced into banking online because of bank closures and then have to travel miles in order to solve a problem. Thank you Nat West.

Queues can be long in peak hours. Had ATMs fail on me in the past however resolved quickly and efficiently by a member of the staff. Staff are approachable yet professional. Services provided are useful.

Sometimes long queues but the machines make paying in a breeze.
