Really helpful, friendly staff. Unable to browse the store range due to covid restrictions. So looked online, (Images very good), then the store staff brought a pack to the store entrance for me to see to check the colour/shade, which was very helpful.Delivery was within one week, which given the current restrictions, I thought was excellent. Delivery driver was bang on time, very polite and careful when unloading the tiles and all 27 packs were delivered in perfect condition!Very good value products, brilliant store service and a top quality delivery service as well. I'll definitely be recommending and using this store again.

The staff are always helpful and smiling and are very knowledgeable. They will not sell you anything that you do not need or something that is not suitable for your needs, I would certainly recommend this shop

First visit to Topps Tiles and was made very welcome. Pete the assistant made time for my questions he also showed me several choices in floor tiles, when I had chosen the ones I liked he then advised on a number of other wall tiles that complemented each other. He then showed me several choices in floor and wall grouts and now the work is finished I'm really pleased with the service I received but also the fact everything was placed into the car for me.
Very well done Topps Tiles if all businesses were run this efficient the world would be a happier place ð???
