Absolutely useless, they don't answer the phone and don't give an email address.Called in twice last week and the passport renewal facility was not available as the machine had broken down.The Post Office needs to get its act together!

Don't feel safe in the shop. There was a lady there today not wearing a mask, drinking from a travel cup, which she slapped onto the counter and some of the liquid splashed out. Not once did the staff member challenge her and just as importantly did not wipe the counter over once she had left. It's behaviour like this which is potentially spreading this virus. I will not use shop whilst this poor practice continues

One star - to the staff, mainly the Indian woman, do me a favour learn to smile and stop looking down at customers! I don't know who you think you are, but a smile doesn't hurt now and again!! I'm sick of the staff's attitude, if you can't be pleasant why are you working there! ?
