Sold me cider that was 2 months out of date then tried to tell me it was okay for a few months after the date shown! Reported to food standard agency. I fear that other drinks, and possibly even food is out of date.

For the free cups when I bought a 2L soda!

My 17 year old son attempted to use the Paypoint Link ATM to withdraw £20 at The Nisa store at 6 Monkton Street Ryde Isle of Wight at approximately 8.30 pm today. Despite the machine showing that the £20 had been taken from his bank account the ATM dispensed no money. My sons account balance was reduced by £20 leaving him a remaining balance of £5, and unable to withdraw money that he needed this evening. When questioned, the person manning the shop said flippantly that it had happened to several people because there was either no paper receipt roll in the machine, or that the ATM might have run out of money, either way there was nothing that he could do. I would suggest that the ATM is not being operated within the terms that either Paypoint or Link require and should have been switched off. My son has since had to borrow money from friends so that he could pay his bus fare home. I shall be sending a copy of this complaint to Lloyds bank, where my sons account is held, to Link, to Paypoint, and to the police as I consider depriving my son of the use of his own money in any way as theft.
Yours,
A Lucas.
