I am sorry but you advertise key cutting and this is the third time I have been in to be told " sorry I'm on my own" I had a large order I managed to get a few done three weeks ago. Please only put your sign out when you can offer a service, I have tried to shop local now going to Shanklin as given up in Sandown.I would suggest you remove your libellous statement I have been on three occasions as above the first time I was able to get a few cut all the while the lady asking "could I come back later she is just learning" I can pull the date from reciept. The second too busy and yesterday. I did not cut the queue and I was not rude I took the recommendation for elsewhere. Thank you yes I got my 20 keys cut didn't mind waiting and supported a fairly local business.

What a great shop, it has things in there that you cannot get anywhere else. Friendly and a great service by the people in there. Plus side they have the same surname lol.
