Can get pretty busy, it is not a really big pharmacy but i still have always found the staff here ( including the pharmacists) to be kind and helpful and willing to help, and that is something these days.

Shouldn't be in charge of anything, let alone medicine. Mess prescription up every month, never answer the phone, never respond to emails, rude when you do finally get to speak to them and don't take any responsibility for the constant errors and mistakes. I now have nor had vital heart medicines for 5 days and this has happened on several occasions.Trying to get them to release my medicines so I can go to a proper chemist, no response on any platform or phone.

Pharmacist very rude, they close when they want to. Had a prescription waiting for me, but they decided to close early even though it was advertised as closing much later. Was told it was my problem. Will never go back. Village idiot.

Absolute disgrace.Had my babies prescription for 3 weeks, and they didn't bother to order it in. When I went in to see where it was, I was told they hadn't had the prescription, and they didn't have any in stock. I told the girl I had put it in when I collected the last lot (which i have done since my baby was 6weeks old, never had an issue until we moved house and changed pharmacies), and I was told I was lying, I also told her I had gone in the day before in the morning at 10am and they said they would order it and it would be ready to collect.This wasn't the first time they messed it up and left my baby with no formula, the time before they cancelled it altogether.At 4:30 p.m. yesterday, she said they could order it in but won't be ready until Monday.I left the pharmacy having an anxiety attack. Luckily, a different pharmacy ordered it, and I collected it this morning.I'm very disappointed and won't be using them again.
