THEY DON'T DO EMERGENCY PRESCRIPTIONS GO TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACYI ran out of a repeat prescription and went on the NHS website to see what to do, it said if you bring your empty medication and some ID, any pharmacist will be able to look at your records and prescribe a small about of medication until you get your prescription.When I asked at the counter, the three pharmacists there instantly said 'no we don't do that, 111 sends people here and we tell them to go to the hospital' one of them was particularly rude but the other 2 were nice.So I walked round the corner to Jhoots pharmacy and asked them and they sorted it out right away and had no issues.Seems like they might not be as well trained (they were older people)

For a small store the stock is still basic.The staff struggle to have enough staff present to run the shop and pharmacy.Long queues are very common and is subject to random unexpected closures as they cant seem to keep a pharmacist!The staff there are up against it and do a great job given the circumstances!Last year it was sweltering, the air con was off as I was told too expensive to run!Just waiting in the queue was unbearable, how the staff worked in it all day I dont know very unfair treatment of the staff for such a well known company!

Very slow serving, perscriptions not found even though electrically sent . Regular medication not in stock.wrong information sheet placed in with my perscriptions.

Can be slow for service at times whilst dealing with prescriptions but they try there best, very friendly.

Booked a flu jab online two weeks ago for Boots in Ventnor Isle of Wight. I had a reminder email from Boots yesterday to attend the appointment today. I arrived early. Upon entering I was told that they don?t do Flu Jabs at this store and they never have done. They don?t know who has ?opened? their diary for online booking. They cannot do a flu jab. No help whatsoever as to offering an alternative and no apology.Also, if they know that this is happening then why are they sending confirmation emails to people requesting they turn up?I had a flu jab booked for next week, cancelled it for this one and now nothing available until the end of Feb! Bravo Boots! Unhelpful, rude and appalling service that only the Ventnor Boots staff can pull off! I applaud you! ????

Slow at times but friendly staff. Seemed to take forever today. Very long in the queue. Update. Visited today at 9am and the pharmacist had not turned up so couldn't open. Eventually opened at 9:30 however did not have my prescription in, even though it was received five days ago. Went to another pharmacy. ?

In the UK all Boots are fab, each has a Pharmacist, free, so ask to see the Pharmacist, no queuing or waiting.

Woeful lack of staff! I know that pharmacists are in short supply but surely they could find someone to work behind the general counter.

As they have closed checkout just to buy a product and have to wait in prescription que, didn't have 30 mins to waste so walked out.

Never get meds right been without one lot of meds said gave them to me but havnt got so had to wait nearly a month for next lot
