I went there to take a prescription didn't have it so went back to doctor gave me a different cream but they didn't have it what's the point of having a chemist when you don't have just cream they said it takes 4 days ??not helpful staff

Nearly always make you wait extra days for repeat prescriptions, iv heard them say "just tell him there not ready yet!" in the background whilst phoning them. I've had to ask the doctor to phone them to give me my late prescription more times than I care to remember, when I have run out. I dred to think how elderly people manage dealing with them.Goto Boots, much better service & name brand meds not cheap knock off versions this place palm you off with whenever they can.

The staff have a friendly professional approach to customers. There is a quiet, peaceful atmosphere within the shop and customers are helped with any enquiry in a caring manner. I had the option to go elsewhere for my prescriptions, but would choose Day Lewis, Wootton, over them all. Nice people and well stocked shop.

Good pharmacist Carmel Conroy, very helpful and professional.
But: counter staff exceptionally slow; closes for lunch, even for non-pharmacy items; head office replacement pharmacists for holiday or sickness cover usually out of depth.
Don't expect an apology if there's a problem: it will be the fault of suppliers, doctor's surgery, head office, or your own. This said they will be not unhelpful.
