Drive through is a bit of a hit and miss but mostly good and quick. Every now and then, the person on the other side of the speaker seems overwhelmed with too much going on, but 90% of the time, really good and quick for a bite to eat on the way back

Food ok, as u would expect from a mcdonald's. Service good, restaurant clean inside. Not a great deal of parking. Gets very busy at weekends.

would like to officially complain about my local mcdonalds in ashford kent at the orbital Park. For the last few months they have had no hot chocolate or the machine is not working. Once you go into the drive through you have to go all the way even tho they never have what you want.

This is where we go for a quick food solution. Sometimes is great, food is hot, sometimes is a bit cold. Always quick, even when technology is a let down, the staff take orders outside even in the rain. Thank

We ordered some food throw the driving service. When we arrived to our destination 2 burgers were missing. We was to far away to come back to get the burgers missed. Be sure you check your order before you left

Just your average McD - gets busy quickly, but it soon goes through it ?Parking: Depending on the time of day, it can be difficult & tightly packed..Wheelchair accessibility: 3 Blue Badge spots, availablity depends on how busy it is..Also, due to spacing, I have witnessed Work vans using this space..
