I went to return something at this store and while the staff did this quickly and were friendly, the person serving me suddenly started stroking my baby's face without asking if it was okay or using hand sanitizer before hand. We visited the Ashford store and the sales assistant (Mandee) was incredibly rude and microagressive. We forgot to ask if the store offered any discounts for blue light card holders, to which she replied that she is “not a psychic” and cannot help as she had already put everything through.
