“Today I visited the store and upon entering I was greeted warmly at the door. There was a T-shirt which I forgot to order and went completely out of stock which I was gutted about. On the check out a member of staff called Emilia told me that I might be able to find it at John Lewis, I quickly went out to get internet and managed to order the last one in stock. Massive thanks to Becky, who served us today, for her patience and help with a difficult task of aiding a clueless dad to choose shoes for a little girl that wanted them all. “Own car park with plenty of spaces. Lots of choice of clothing for men, women and children.Not many staff available to answer questions and only 1 at the tills. It was not a very busy time, 5.30 on a Saturday evening , so may have more at other times.”
