Absolute garbage I tried to return a console to them and they wouldn?t take it cause the box cereal number and console cereal number is different absolutely ridiculous and they treated me like garbage as well

Sally has been absolutely amazing helping my daughter and I chose car seats for our cars. Both wanted the same one originally but the one my daughter got wouldn't fit in my car. She talked us through all the different seats and was extra patient with us. Would definitely recommend her. Many thanks Sally.

Usually a good shop but service was lacking today. They opened another till and asked for the next customer yet started serving random people. A minor annoyance but still, I'll think twice before going back.

Great place for presents, and the stock levels are always good, it's just a shame the customer service desk (which is where I usually pay) are lacking customer service. I'm not sure the name of the chap, but he has a beard and is always quite rude, and a couple of times that I've been there he has been talking to another colleague while serving me throughout the entire transaction. It is a shame because there are 1 or 2 that are good.

Make sure you complete purchase in basket. I didn?t bother as showing 11 items in Ashford stock. They changed the price of this item alone but still have 11 items in stock ? Phoned to check. Waste of a call !

Toys aways break from here, just go to argos... ?We bought a toy story 4 woody and buzz, didn't work so got it swapped and again it didn't work, also another childs name was on woodys shoes... So they resell returned items knowing they're faulty! The buggers! ?

The two chaps that greeted me on entrance were great , very helpful man rocking a top knot helped me find what I needed straight away took the stress out of Christmas shopping.

I had a very bad experience from the store. It's ruined my whole day, I felt like they were insulting us. We brought few things from the store last day ,2 of the items tried to return them because we're not completely satisfied but they didn't accept it. Even it's not been 24 hours and we haven't opened it completely. The reason they given us it smells curry. I feel so bad and we haven't experienced this before. So poor service.

Just wanted to say thanks to Toby and his manager, that assisted me with swapping a pushchair that we bought and were unhappy with. We bought a stroller that once we put our son into, we discovered he couldn?t sit up in properly and was really uncomfortable in, I returned to the store and exchanged for a new one. Really appreciate your help as I was dreading wasting hundreds of pounds on getting rid of it and purchasing another one.

We took my son to Smyth toys in Ashford at 6.30pm on Friday evening for his birthday present , only to find they were locking up.... on the Web site it says 8pm closing.... now we have a very disappointed little boy and let down parents thanks smyths toys... not very good for your reputation and very bad customer service...

What a shame. Walked out without purchasing any item from my daughter's birthday list of products after asking a member of staff for assistance to locate some products ( finding a member of staff to ask was the first hurdle to overcome) whose response was said with an air of inconvenience "Right, well I need to finish and put these things back first!" I replied "Don't worry I will find someone else to help!" But, alas, it seems Smyths are more interested in employing security guards to watch customers every move rather than helpful (or any! ) staff. Thank goodness for Amazon.
