Often several people waiting that can lead to 15+ minute delays, which can be irritating, but the staff are friendly and helpful. I'd prefer if they added a second 'cashier' at all times, so that it wasn't a single service point which is what causes a lot of the delays.

Would 100% recommend this pharmacy, all the staff are lovely and smiley and went the extra mile to help me with the problem I was having. Since I was due to run out of my medication and my local pharmacy was shut due to it being the weekend and right before Christmas as well could completely understand them shutting for an hour since my local pharmacy does that everyday.Unsure what Simon below is talking about, but seeing as the man has written a long winded review on Christmas Day rather than spending time with his family I can only assume it's the ramblings of a madman... Or at least someone with a very depressing life.

Not sure what?s happening with pharmacies in supermarkets but the service you get can only be described as rude, self righteous where no one seems to care for the customer and Tesco Extra pharmacy is up there with the worst. I have never felt the need to write a review before but this one qualified for my first. Tis was the afternoon before Xmas and after grabbing a few last minute things we went to the pharmacy for some urgent medication, not prescription but something that can be bought over the counter. Arrived just before 13:00, was next to be served and they told us that they close at 13:00 for lunch and to come back in 30 mins. We only wanted something that was was behind them at the counter. We explained (calmly I add, we are reasonable people) that it was just behind them. They would not budge, there was no one else behind us so no need to say they need to stop serving somewhere. It would have taken the time to reach around, pickup the item and then ring it up on the till. There was the pharmacist and the sales assistant, plenty of people to serve.Basically even at Xmas there was no ?give? in them. I fully understand if there was a long queue or we wanted some long drawn out advice but not just to buy a box of medication over the counter.Other reviews here mention ? no smiles? and I can fully back this up, just a rude sales assistant reminding us 4 or 5 times that they close at 13:00 even when we were speaking to them calmly.

Was good but over the last six months not so goodA lot of young people working or should I say chatting to each other , rather then serving customers

It?s quite busy normally long wait and unfortunately Had a few occasions when they didn?t have meds stock.Staff overall is ok.

Tesco Crooksfoot pharmacy would not dispense anti biotics in a liquid form for my 4 year old son. The pharmacy staff member was rude and unhelpful. I went to Asda pharmacy and they dispensed the required medication with no issues at all.

What an absolute joke had to wait 20 minutes to be served. The lady behind the counter could?ve a smile and had a very bad attitude. Then to be whispered a 30 minute wait. Go and get a coffee or something I was told

Sandy in the Phamacy departement was very kind and helpfull to provide us a lateral flow test to get us trough the border. Thanks again Sandy.....you were a great help and thanks to you we made trough the border of the very rude French....Ronald and Linda from Belgium.
