Staff always really polite and happy to interact with the kids. Great selection of toys. Everytime I go in they seem to have some kind of discount so always a bargain to be had somewhere.

Disappointed is an understatement right now. Bought a Viro electric motorbike at this shop on Saturday morning for my son's birthday, was going to be delivered on Friday. Didn't get a proper invoice or delivery note and now they're saying it's sold out, get a refund. Absolutely fuming!! No connection between shop and warehouse whatsoever and business seems to be run by children.
