Staff in store very helpful, however after getting numerous texts few days beforehand telling me my delivery was timed slot between 08.30-1.30 had to chase customer services did not arrive until just before 2 o'clock.

Will not use bensons again had 2 orders with them totaling a £1000, both delivered late and first one incomplete order the 2nd order the drawer on the bed base was broken did not look like it was glued or tacked and drawer was also very tacky. On both occasions have to wait a further 3/4 weeks for replacements, shocking service.

Never ever buy a rolled up matress.. I bought a Simba and it was so bad that I've had back and neck ache for weeks. I went to Bensons and bought a Tempur - PERFECT ! The sales team were great, delivery great and value for money - amazing.

The one box did not fit up my stairs and the delivery man was not too helpful with offering a solution and appeared extremely impatient. I felt like I was left on the spot with no solutionHe said he could leave the box outside or he could take it back so I told him to take it back

Waited 2 months for the delivery and was told the mattress wasn?t available and no one knew when it would be delivered. I cancelled the mattress order and got on delivered by Simba in 2 days.Would not give any stars if that was an option.Don?t use Bensons.

Wow so came here as they had sale advertising.I did find a couple of beds of Intrest, however staff didn?t seem interested to help. I walked towards the desk and there was an older lady ?and I use lady loosely? I asked if I may have some help.Well I ended up walking out, seconded person was playing on phone and didn?t even look up and this lady I was talking to, slammed her pen down on the desk followed by ?yes love what do you want? !!!!Wow now we had been looking for a bed and mattress, top end! But never again? what is wrong with people.

Left a review yesterday 5th of June about an older gentleman there casting judgement if we could afford something or not I?m sure he will remember but the review has been removed?? Won?t go in again and as said on removed review have taken my custom and money elsewhere

First experience was good, polite staff etc, spent over £2000 on bed and mattress and was told delivery date is guaranteed, only for on the morning of the delivery, the driver phoned to tell me that there was no mattress, no advance warning or anything, phoned up to complain and was told they can?t find it in the warehouse, since then I?ve checked the reviews to find out there?s a lot of people with the same issues, what pi**ed me off is the saleswomen (Vicki) lied to my face about delivery, as this have been going on for months, as told to me by the delivery driver. Only worried about their commission, complete shambles of a company, avoid at all costs.

I bought two beds within the space of 4 months from Benson's, first one was fine, delivery went well and they took away my old bed including the headboard. Second bed was delivered on 5/5/2022 was disappointed, the delivery men got base dirty, so I had to clean it, then they told me they do not takeaway the headboard and that it was standard policy for a long time, always been this way, so I was disappointed again. Won't be buying from Benson's again.

Hi, ordered a bed n mattress in February 2022. Delivered April 29th base was damaged, the delivery driver said they had to take it back. So I phoned Bensons which then told me I should of accepted the bed and they would of replaced it. So now I would have to wait 2-3 weeks to have the damaged on Delivered back then 8-10 weeks for replacement. What a joke ? refund please and go somewhere with better after care ?
