Extremely impressed with the professional and fast service given by this company. I think the smaller independent opticians unfortunately get overlooked by the more well advertised high street opticians, but I cannot speak more highly of this company. Dr Deacon Harle is impeccable in his profession and I truly left the practice knowing that I was in the best care . I was referred by my GP. Dr John Gurney treated the issue straight away and this has now saved me needing a referral to the eye hospital in London. Very polite team, and very understanding, not to mention very convenient location for me personally, and a far nicer, relaxed atmosphere than needing to visit a hospital for a quick 5minute procedure. Shocking service. Email enquiries come back undelivered, a pompous recorded message states "we are closed, please ring back, goodbye". Whatever time of day you ring, it's the same message. Don't deserve any business at all.

Was referred here after a sudden onset issue with my right eye. I was given an appointment 2 days away. On arrival I was greeted by friendly staff and was seen promptly. I was given a thorough eye examination that was done in a professional and courteous manner. All in all a good experience and would recommend.

Excellent service, had problems with my eyes recently, they have changed a lot and didn't know why. The problem was diagnosed and I will have further treatment, my new glasses are excellent. So good to find an optician that can come to you, and give such good service.
