I've shopped at Sainsburys for many years. A great range of products, friendly and helpful staff. Their Christmas stock selection was varied and catered for most budgets. Plenty of parking and a fuel station. Great location too!

I begrudge going to Sainsburys since the introduction of entry and exit barriers. I now avoid it as much as possible for this reason.

Appalling shop. Always out of stock and tonight we ordered through uber eats delivery. Two lots of ingredients to make a choice on which two meals to cook. Couldn't cook either. Asked for 2 bags of Brussel sprouts instead got 5 bags of courchets, thanks for that, really handy. Asked for single cream got sour cream... what a great substitute that is...not! To name just two examples of wasted money. What an absolute joke Aylesford Sainsbury's is. Its been awful for some time. This has been my last Shop there, useless.

Shop here every week. Reasonable quality food. We have a nectar card which should give us offers. Annoyingly the products on offer are normally out of stock.And can staff stop having a chit chat together down an aisle which makes shopping difficult.They have now reorganised the store. There is no logical flow so you go round and round looking for things. If it is meant to get me to see and buy thing I don't normally buy then it is not working. It is just pushing me to shop elsewhere. And why are half the scales always out of action?

Ongoing Technical Problems"I've visited this cafe three weekends in a row, and unfortunately, each time has been marred by persistent technical issues. The first visit, the systems were completely down, causing chaos and an inability to serve customers effectively. On the second occasion, the till malfunctioned, resulting in frustratingly long delays due to a faulty touch screen. Today's visit was equally disappointing as the ovens were out of order, preventing them from serving breakfast.The consistent recurrence of technical problems has significantly impacted the overall experience. While the staff tries their best to manage, these issues persistently disrupt the service quality and the enjoyment of customers.I hope the management takes urgent steps to address these technical issues, ensuring a smoother and more enjoyable experience for patrons."

We do our weekly shopping here. Nice staff and selections. But you do need to avoid this place when it?s busy because the round about can get horrible

Large store with wide range of groceries and other goods. Cheap petrol station which is usually busy and it can be slow to exit the retail park at peak times.

Huge shout out to Toni and Izzy who saved the day last night! They was so helpful and polite and couldn't do enough for us.An extra thank you to Toni who stayed at least 20 mins after her shift had finished to help us. She said she didn't want to leave until we were happy customers, Toni literally went out of her way to help us.Thanks so much guys!

So they now have a spy in the car park looking to see if you've parked where you shouldn't for 5 minutes while you pop in. That I've been a customer here for 25 years made no impression on the management. No more Sainsbury's or Argos in this household.
