I just wanted to highlight..excellent customer service!!! 6* and going beyond!Dear Barry ( was in the carpark ) & wife ( in office) and also sales rep.in blue BMWI thought there was a shop to get some awesome vegetables.... but the staff named above did not failed me for a wasted 40 mile round trip!!Thank you!!!Watts farm your staff rock !!!( I used to used when was working in Roof gadens & Marriott hotels)

Coconuts mouldy in middle no milk inside.Ordered Delmonte pineapples x2 .Only 5 inches tall.£3.79 each.Rip off.Will never order again..

Fresh means fresh for both fruit and veg including cooking apples not seen in supermarket. Delivery was good and driver extremely helpful friendly and polite. Will definitely be ordering again and recommending watts farm. Thank you to all involved getting this to me who is extremely impressed and pleased???

Will never order from them again. Items missing and other items half rotten. Called customer service and was told to send email with pictures, no response to email. No refund so far. Avoid!

I have used Watts Farms before and been very pleased. I found the checkout process quite difficult and I am extremely efficient online!

Thank you so much Watts Farms for being so understanding and rescheduling our delivery when we were stranded 100 miles away from home due to the failure of the RAC to rescue our car. I don't think any other food delivery driver would phone to ask where we were when there was no answer at the door. And the lady whom I spoke to on the phone later on was so helpful and accommodating in rearranging our delivery for today. Thanks again, the only positive of the past couple of days is knowing there are still some decent companies out there!

Got Christmas tree on 4 December which it was lovely lasted 2 weeks yes I water it had my heating on low. Sent email got one back as customers who just shop with you for 1st time never again would I get Real Christmas tree again. I work in retail if this one off my customers tree we would give full refund.

Very disappointed! I just received the delivery recently. I first tried the sweet potatos, I was quite disappointed because they were all rotten, but I thought maybe I was unlucky. When I checked the rest, I was shocked. The jerusalem artichokes were like sponges and rotten (I don't know how long they have kept for). When I opend the carrots, I was so angry, NONE was fine, EVERY SINGLE ONE has rotten! The tomatos, half were rotten! (though more expensive than in the surpermarket so I expected better quality). It's a waste of money!

I?ve been using Watts Farm for a while now the food is excellent and Graham the delivery driver is so friendly !Unfortunately I have only had one or two deliveries that have been correct ?there is always something missing (not out of stock) not put in my box by the picker ?orders are obviously not checked before they leave ?staff at the office are friendly but no one takes responsibility for these mistakes ?my last order was duplicated !! Once or twice it can happen but not on virtually every order ..I?m not using this company again I?m paying for a service I?m not getting they don?t seem to care if you get your complete order or not ?I book a time slot that suits me around my commitments and when something is missing they want to deliver on another day ?can?t give a time ?it?s so frustrating?sort out your pickers and get your orders right Watts Farm !! It?s a shame food quality is good

Discovered watts farms during the first lockdown, very happy with the service. If in rare occassions something was wrong it was fixed very promptly by the team. Excellent customer service.The food selection is great, fruits, veggies, salads, meat and fish are all excellent.Hope they won't increase the prices too much due to their success.
