I was trying to purchase a Uniqlo jacket but unfortunately me and my associates was judged based on our appearance.Was not let in the shop by myself because I walked with a group of people.Genuinely disgusted at the behaviour shown.i am a young black male with other black male friends there was approximately 5 individuals at the scene.i was disgusted as he let in a group of cacasian males and not us due to racial prejudice.I hope that the security guard will be taking accountability for his actions.

After buying 2 lovely puffer coats and a small puffer for our toddler, the latest arrives all damaged and badly stained. They have asked me for a million proof pictures exchanged in various email which were unreplied swiftly. This being a very busy festive season and very cold, I was not expecting this. I was expecting at least to have the damaged item swiftly exchanged. No I was wrong. After a week they have replied saying that after the return was sent back, I d get my refund and to place a new order in the meantime. I don?t want to do this to pay for yet an other one before the full refund specially during holidays departures. I m so not impressed with their cs who should have just replaced their damaged item as fast as possible, with a door straight swop collection?

Tried to enter the store today with my partner but was told to leave by security because we had just purchased 2 coffees from Starbucks (both with lids on).Security reacted as though we'd just arrived with machetes. I think 99.9% of the population are probably capable of completing the relatively simple task of walking and gripping at the same time.If it was the case that I happened to have an aneurism or a stroke whilst in your store and did manage to lose my grip, I can assure you my widow would be happy to pay for the £9.90 t-shirt I'd damaged.

Great customer service the staff are very kind. I was greeted by Raj this afternoon who offered me a basket and helped me find the jumper I wanted. Very good quality clothing and overall a very good environment.

Brought a nice top and scarf from here. The girl in the fitting rooms helped me find items and style them with me. Really helpful and I appreciate the friendly atmosphere.

What a shame!! Great new store!! Always received excellent customer service over the years. However, when I tried to return an item recently I was shocked ? with the rudeness and attitude of the supervisor. I have sent a email to customer services who have not replied yet??

Very well stocked shop and I loved the self check out. You don't even need to scan items. You just put clothes in a baskets and it knows what you have. Saves so much time.

There were too many people in the store and the room temperature was high. We were discouraged and left after went in for a couple of minutes.

Visited this store to view the baby clothes. Naturally I had a baby with me, in a pushchair. Baby had a corn puff to eat, lying in the pushchair. The security guard told me we weren't allowed to enter the store with food. A baby. In a push chair. With a corn puff. Not exactly going to run around and spill anything...

Went there today with my granddaughter. She got 2 t shirts to try on. On the way into the fitting room, There were 3 assistants, 2 of them(I thought were toilet clearners) were so rude as if I was shopping in a third world market place. Rushing her in, then when I asked if I could go in with the answer was with hand gestures to move back, remember she's only 12. I called her back then asked to speak with the store manager l. Someone called Rosni came, explained to her, her answer was what do you want me to do. How rude as I've spent hundreds of pounds for over 9yrs. I will never go back as for the first time in 9yrs, I've never felt so unwanted in a shop

I love the clothes from Uniqlo, they are so good and comfortable with soft fabric. Will be back again.
