My tablet needed sorting out its only 7months old so took it yo the shop I bought it from they wanted an exorbitant amount of money for the job. I took it to Connections who did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. The staff in there are polite and extremely helpful would recommend them.

Unfortunately I had two Samsung phones that needed repairing I was recommended Connections in Broadstairs bye a friend I wasn't sure because of the distance as I live in Birchington but I am more than happy with there polite & helpful service nothing was to much trouble and very reasonably priced

Connections is a brilliant one stop shop for any mobile phone or laptop repairs, advice or issues. Khalid is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to electronics and on three occasions he has helped me out with very speedily and at very low cost.I recently required a cable for my lenovo work laptop and Khalid gave me the option of borrowing or buying one until I had my original returned.He also sold me a great little i-phone SE a few months back when I had my phone stolen up in London. He was very helpful, listened to what I needed, provided me with a very affordable handset and connected me up on PAYG as well as giving me a complimentary phone case.Months ago, I needed a mouse asap and he actually lent me one for the day from his shop.Really helpful, knowledgeable and provides solutions whilst keeping costs to a minimum. I took my iPhone 13 in for repair it had water damage and a broken rear glass. Great service and phone works perfectly. Reasonable cost too! Thanks guys

This shop was more than helpful & very reasonable I brought my grand daughter for her upcoming birthday a reconditioned I phone He advised what to get her for the price & even put a screen protector & case on it for me I would highly recommend this shop

Very angry with this guy. Bought a pixel 6 from him a few months back all looked good and even had a screen protector already on which he was very quick to point out,I thought great as a immaculate screen is very important to.Just went to trade it in for another phone to discover the screen has a huge crack down one side that was being masked by the protector. I look after my phones always in the case and never once removed the protector from the screen and never ever been dropped.i am absolutely devastated and angry at his dishonesty!I will never trust a shop again thanks to this guy.

I went in because my phone was playing up, and asked how much it would be to repair.A very quick examination showed that it was actually the case causing the problem.No charge for the diagnosis, and no pushing for a new case.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Went in with my dead Samsung S7, had previously gone through all the Youtube tips to recover but they didn't work. Explained the problem and with a very calm and friendly assistant who took the phone and wollah within moments the phone was working again, having feared the worse I was very happy. I cannot recommend Connections highly enough, top service.PS Don't use Youtube.
