2 staff members talking, I asked for some help on gaming computers. Worker said that that's all the gaming computers but they have to order them in. Then turned around. I wanted more advice on the best gaming computer or if a monitor might have been better fit. Really unhelpful.

Terrible advice at point of purchase and even worse after sales service when buying a TV. I bought a TV with Alexa built in but when I got it home the remote did not support the Alexa function. Called customer service who asked me to return to the store and they would give me a remote control that works but the staff said they wouldn?t. Finally their customer service told me I can?t return the TV which I know is wrong / an outright lie due to the law of the British consumer rights 14 day rule. Don?t let them fob you off! Unlike the terminator, I won?t be back!

Exceptional service at this store today. Rushed there after work to buy a new power lead for my laptop, as it had stopped charging and I couldn't get it to stay on, even when plugged in. Even though they were getting ready to close the tech guy tested both the lead and my laptop to check what the problem was. He assured me both were working okay separately and explained that the problem was a crack in the casing which meant the connection wasn't sound. Showed me how to fix it for the time being, and saved me a wasted/unnecessary purchase. Not a permanent fix - so I will definitely go back when I'm ready to get a new laptop.

What a clean, well presented store- the staff are welcoming but not pushy, thanks to George for excellent customer service, friendly and unhurried, informative and unbiased.The tablet interface whereby items can be compared was top notch, I could sort through by customer ratings while I was viewing the goods- extremely useful!All in all I recommend Currys for any time you need to make an informed purchase of a high quality piece of electrical equipment.

Duncan!!!!We came in today and looked at the tvs. Duncan shared all of the information we could ever need. He is amazing, a credit to this store.Polite, friendly, welcoming, informative and not at all pushy for a sale.

We brought our under the counter, fridge, freezer and washing machine here recently. Decent selection for under the counter fridges and freezers. Varied in prices. Good selection of washing machines as reasonable prices. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. We got them delivered, delivery staff were also very helpful and cheery.

Very mixed review. They have some good products in there and I have purchased them. There are also some nice staff. However there are a few members of staff in there that do not look like they want to help you, and when you ask them a question they act inconvienienced.

Poor service on my last visit. The staff member who dealt with me didn't have much knowledge or customer service skills. I was pretty much told to go to the website to answer all my queations. Could just be a one-off, but it's still not a great experience.

Fine if you?re shopping downstairs, but if you need any advice/help upstairs at the kitchen appliances be prepared for a long wait. I waited 40 minutes then gave up.

So unprofessional - took lap top in last Saturday for an MOT went to collect as advised today a week later. After waiting about 10 minutes after they found it I was told it's not ready and they hadn't started work on it! Really? So it had just sat there for a whole week and noone had even switched it on to attempt to see what was wrong. Appalling service, weak manager came to apologise how does that help? I removed my laptop and will take to a more professional customer friendly company. My fault I should have known better last time I was at this cowboy outfit I bought a washing machine which was not connected by them so flooded my kitchen. Awful uncaring unprofessional organisation AVOID like the plague.
