Would never use Vodafone after my experience of this company. The staff in store have no empowerment to do anything. Just direct you online for any complaints or issues. 2 staff members in store admitted to selling faulty products and just said these are the products that Vodafone head office tell us to sell. But once they sell you the product and have any issues they no longer care or have any power to rectify the issues. Absolutely useless.

After an upgrade of my iPhone I had trouble re connecting my Apple Watch . I spent many hours on the phone to it and could not resolve it . The team at Vodafone Westwood cross spent 2 hours with me to get it to work . They all got involved , but finally sorted it .I then went back with my husband to get his working too !! Again they have sorted it . They were all so kind and patient so want to say a big thanks x

Bad connection and can't change password or log in. My money has been charged but I haven't got Internet, because of this reason I'm not happy.
