Purchased a part, 30 mins drive, almost completed fitting, Wrong part. 1:5 hours wasted. Also it was on offer from £160? Reduced to £27. Very strange as eBay had the correct part which fitted perfectly for less than £30.

Very poor service. Phone to check stock and order. State will pick up later that day and would be put on shelf to go there and told its now sold and wasn't saved properly for collection and person messed up putting as quote instead, then told manager will call in 5 to 10 minutes and an hour later nothing. Total bad service at canterbury store

Nothing but bad experiences. Often cheaper from other suppliers but when for some reason parts are cheaper here they are often not delivered when they are stated they will be, and rarely achieveable by phone during office hours, causing more headaches.
