I went into the Game shop above Sports Direct today and bought my grandson some V-bucks for his Fortnite game. I'd no idea how to redeem them and my grandson was getting very upset as he was having problems too. Popped back to the store and this amazing young man, with lots of patience, went out of his way to help solve the problem. It took quite a while, but he explained everything he did and eventually i had a very happy grandson!!\\nI wish I'd asked his name.....but, thank you so so much.

Awful customer service in this store yesterday. Staff very rude and unhelpful. My son desperately wanted to spend his money on an xbox that should have come with a free £10 game or something yet was told even though the offer is still be advertised in store they had run out and would offer nothing in its place! If I had my way I wouldn't have spent a penny being spoken to the way we did but he was desperate for it ð??¡

Ordered Modern warfare Dark Edition and got the wrong one so I send it back and hear nothing about it for about a month until they tell me that had refunded instead of giving me a new one which I had asked for.

I'd been searching for a new xbox 360 console and couldn't believe my luck when I found one at GAME. I was able to reserve it and got to the store within the hour to pick it up. I was given a discount because the box was slightly damaged. The console itself was in excellent condition. The staff in store was friendly and extremely helpful talking about the upcoming games etc due for release before Christmas so got some great ideas for presents. Really good customer service, the five star rating is well deserved.

Why? Why? Why? Why? Why? Why? Oh why do you still exist? Horribly expensive tat merchant - you might call it "preowned" , but the rest of the world calls it secondhand. Far cheaper elsewhere for both new and used.

Great selection of pre owned games and plenty of memorabilia too! Staff were friendly and helpful as they have been in each branch I've visited. A great store for adults AND kids!

Huge selection of games and while the new release titles are pricey, you wonâ??t find them more than a few pounds cheaper anywhere else. Also sell phones, tablets and game systems, unlike most game shops they still have a Wii u section which is really handy. They also sell T shirts and other merch for games.

They are hanging in there while competing against online giants the best bit about the store is the additional merch. I love getting a tee shirt or other apparel to go with my favourite games they even surprise me with Rick and Morty and superhero merch. The games are pricey so wait for a deal just like you would wait for an online offer
