Disappointed with the service, purchased a new bike for my daughter together with bike building service. My daughter used the bike for just her second time during a school bike safety scheme and the pedal fell off. We are lucky serious injury was avoided, but clearly a lack of Health & Safety and quality control.

Went to collect the bike from long way but they didn’t handover on time, waited more than an hour. Not happy with their service. Disappointed!!!?
