Very helpful staffs and excellent products. Staffs really take time to fulfill customers' requests in generous ways. We are very fortunate to be able to have access to so many health supportive products. Also, dogs friendly.

2nd of the vitamins was half price. But the woman at the cash desk took full price from me. Then when I came back with my receipt she refunded my money. But she did not even apologize. It was a very rude her behavior.\\n\\nThe male employee did not know about IFOS (International Fish Oil Standard) for Omega-3 supplementation. I think this is a huge lack of information.\\n\\nThis store is a complete disappointment. The products are not very high quality, only the packaging is beautiful. Employees have no knowledge of products.

I noticed quite a few here have remarked about the rude staff. I dislike the one with glasses and hair pinned up she's a bully. Cannot stand this shop I hurt myself on the door and she kept shutting it early. She was at Ashford's H\\u0026B and moved. Horrible there too Rude and nasty to customers surprised she has a job

Spoke to Sasha at Canterbury who was so helpful. Great knowledge and knew so much. Gave advice and recommendations and made me feel positive about what to buy for hormones and hot flushes. I love shopping in this store but yesterday it was really hot inside. I wanted to buy some tablets but the bottles felt warm which shouldn't be happening. They should be kept cool. I also suffer with migraines. The high temperature in the store didn't help. The staff are usually friendly and helpful.

Great products but the staff was incredibly rude, they didnâ??t even know when they closed and refused to check telling us to go look outside on the door, also lots of rude looks.

Lovely staff that arm to know thier stuff. Needed to get into shape and had been dieting just needed some protein. Chat with staff as I never bought anything like this before and job done. Bought one for one for a penny!

Excellent staff. know where every item is. they obviously buy from the store as many share their experiences of the items in the store, and from this i can learn what else to try.
I learnt about the white tea macha from there, which i think is the 2nd best detoxer in the world, perfect for cacao smoothies.
Are very prompt with making a quick transaction and are always smiling and good to regular customers.
Promotions all round!
