Had a fantastic experience here yesterday with my mum. We received exceptional service from a member of staff called Pamela. She was so helpful in finding my mum?s offers and helping us through the mail order process. Best customer service I?ve had in ages.

We have been discussing Air Fryers for a while and went into Lakelands Canterbury on the off chance of some advice.Nicola was superb, explained clearly the pros & cons, spending nearly 10 minutes with us - even though the store was closing.Excellent example of well trained staff who know how to provide great customer service.

Looking at Lakeland opening times mom to sat 9 - 5:30 which isn't a bad time of opening, especially there location. They are kinder off the high street in a corner, smaller than the main high street. You have to spot the logo, more along your top quadrant peripheral vision: makes it easier to spot them in my option, as there is a lot going on at eye level. As your enter their is a wide entrance with plenty of space. There is plenty of lighting on offers and has a well thought out theme and spacing in the shop. Didn't have much interaction of the staff but they where close by if need. High end market for the product they sale and it is the quality your looking for.Really good store to visit.

Well laid out and Covid safety in place. They didn't have the item i wanted in stock - it is available for click and collect on their website though
