It's OK. Whereas the park near it 5 star Park! best in kent maybe... home to a river flora species only found here.Ducks and swans and herb garden, art exhibition (weather permitting) and punt tours down the river! I would highly recommend this park!

November 2023 - I really like the Opticians in M&S on the 1st Floor. They are so helpful. Glasses are very expensive so it is nice not to feel rushed. Obvs had to go the Food Hall. The security guard who used to march around oddly has gone lol. Still no hellos how are you lol. Love to get the yellow sticker reduced bargains. Loads of Christmas goodies galore. Full of the usual miserable looking shoppers as per usual. But I enjoyed getting a reduced sandwich!2021 - I have visited the Food Hall for six years. The staff do not engage with regular customers in any way. It is a busy store, lots of tourists, visitors and shoppers but it would be so nice if just once someone smiled and said 'Hi how are you today '. I keep going in as M&S do sell the products I like but I am changing to Waitrose slowly. The Dine In range I do really like so hard to stop going there. Please say hello, make my day!

If I'm allowed to recommend only one thing from M&S, clotted cream it is. So bloody good it blows my mind away. Caution: might get addicted once you try it and become very fat.

It does sell some nice products, but the extra cost isn't always good value. There is still a lack of decent meat free products available, and I always think that a company like M&S should be able to do a lot better than this.

Went to M&S to buy a suite, got an extremely well made and good quality suite at a great price and all with the help of the lovely Nicola who made sure I had the right size jacket, Thanks M&S and Nicola for a great customer experience.

Food quality has gone down the pan recently. So much for ?premium? quality. The amount of stuff I?ve bought only to throw away due to mould. And when even the most basic items are at least £2+, you?re just getting rinsed. I?d rather forage through bins. In fact that?s what I?m going to do now. Get wrecked M&S

We had a very disappointing lunch in the Cafe yesterday. Myself and my daughter had the Egg's Benedict. The Ham was cold, straight from the fridge. The Egg's were hard boiled and again cold and the Hollandaise sause was just luke warm. My daughter had the Strawberry Lemonade in a glass. No straw's available at the time and the glass was chipped. They did however refund the cost of the food, £16.00 in total. I've visited this Cafe many time's and have never had a reason to complain until now. The staff though are absolutely lovely and are alway's friendly and happy to help.

I went for a free bra fitting with the intention of learning my correct size and buying two new sets...and ended up buying five! The assistant was helpful, respectful and showed me such a fabulous range of styles and colours that I wouldn't have considered for myself. I booked a week ahead for a weekend slot and definitely worth it. Thank you!
