I ordered some food from the app including medium fries and I got half a portion and it?s not the first time the quantity and minimal standards of McDonalds has perished I?m so disappointed that it has put me off McDonald for life. Do better Mc Donald?

Yes people Loves McDonald's. My Kids and I love McDonald's anywhere in the world. But some McDonald's are having awful services, particularly the drive through. The machine doesn't work to take the order so when approached to the payment area, they can't take the other and asking to come back All the way again to the another drive through order bay to place the order. It's sometime since we had a McDonald's. PLEASE STOP pushing customers towards the DIGITAL ORDERING, it doesn't suit everyone. Also may I suggest the burgers aren't as fat as they used to be. I enjoyed my Big Mac, but I'd have enjoyed it better, had it been as fat as I remembered. A very nice young man filled in a survey for me, really respectful and nice chat.

So after a small order on a none busy time, we had to wait. 5 mins for a cold burger with cheese that didn't even melt !!Milkshake runny.Basically threw the food into the car, with a cave -man like grunt,I'm guessing all the staff are hung over, or still high, as they don't know the difffencd between a medium and a large sized cup. Manager clearly can't do their job otherwise would be an amazing experience like all the other maccys I go to!Wouldent go back.0 stars.
