Let's have a bit of shine and colour. Us older customers need to brighten our skin up, not dull it down to look like death. It's coming quickly enough without wearing it.”

“This smaller sized Boots Pharmacy is wonderful, the kindness and care of the highly professional counter staff is remarkable. Nothing ever seems too much of a problem. The premises is 'Tardis' like in that it's product range is amazing. The help afforded me by the Pharmacist and Manager Dario Canada leaves me so very grateful. He is a great man. “Came here last week for my yearly flu jab. It's a very small Boots compared to my local store, the staff are friendly and the standards are the same as you would expect in most Boots stores, clean and professional. Would highly recommend.”

“Convenient chemist where you can avoid the crowds in the high street. They have quite a few essentials in stock too. Service is a bit slow but this is kind of nice and the staff are friendly. The whole place closes down for lunch which has caught me out a few times so be aware of the opening times posted on the door.”

“Popped in as had broken 3 pairs of Boots glasses over the last few months(my carelessness not a problem with the glasses). Advised one was beyond repair as the frame had actually snapped ( which had guessed would be the case).Left the other 2 pairs and my name and number .They called me back 30 mins later to say they were fixed.I picked them up..good as new ...great job & no fuss.Well done Boots.”

“Brilliant and fast service here. I received my items and prescription almost immediately, with a happy and warming reception. The pharmacist/ dispenser was very polite and help ful. One of my items were not in stock and I was told clearly and promised it the next day which I picked up the next day as promised. It was tidy and a well managed shop also, with the shelves fully stocked and plenty of range of items. I have used many other pharmacies in the past, such as your larger chains: Boots, Asda, Lloyds, etc. And can happily say from a smaller pharmacy this was by far the best service and experience I’ve received. Anyone in the Canterbury/Kent area I’d advise you use this pharmacy.”

“I'd like to thank Lou in Customer Service for great service.I went there yesterday to make a return on an electrical item that stopped working less than a year after purchase. There were no quibbles - Lou just asked for my receipt and promptly made the refund.I went back again to ask about the returns policy on specific items. Once again, Lou provided prompt service.Finally, having finished my shopping and with a full trolley, I found that the cab service that customers can call from the store was unreachable. As the phone is located next to Customer Service, I told Lou - and, yes, he fixed it! He called another cab service to pick me up.This is the kind of service that's been missing in the UK for a while now. Thank you Lou for demonstrating that pockets of this still exist.”
