I recently had an unfortunate encounter with the customer service team at Swarovski, Canterbury. Despite initially looking forward to a positive interaction, I was disappointed by the judgmental looks and whispers exchanged among the staff. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere, making it clear that me and my friends were being negatively scrutinized.I believe that customer service should be inclusive and respectful, regardless of differences in background. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of these expectations. I encourage the management to address these issues promptly to ensure that every customer receives the courteous and unbiased service they deserve.

Swarovski is such a world- renowned brand and customer service is the foundation to maintain its standard. However, when I visited Swarovski store today with my friends, the staff were unwelcoming and the judgemental look given to us made us feel very uncomfortable. It is not a first time, every time I visit this store, the staff never says hello nor there is a friendly approach. It raises a question whether we were treated this way because we are from different ethnicity? It is such a shame that some staff makes customers feel this way and it is a horrible thing to make people feel that they don?t belong in some places. I wouldn?t say every staff because one of the staff that I met other day, he was very friendly and welcoming.May be staff that were in today needs some more training in inclusivity, equality and diversity.

It was an awful experience today. I went went with a group of my friends there today to see some jewelleries and how the staff behaved was extremely racist as we were not allowed to walk in and see the products because we were asians and different from them. Two elderly women?s behaviour was very uncomfortable and were whispering about us making faces as if only high class people were allowed to walk in and see their products. We always respect people no matter what their age or appearance is like and we expect the same from them. Hope they learn from their mistakes and treat other people fairly next time although we won?t be going there ever again. Very unprofessional.

One of the lady in the store very racist just coz we were asian she was judging us we didn't buy anything and giving us attitude. First of all did not felt welcoming at all, me and my friends felt very uncomfortable on that shop, Canterbury swaraski very unprofessional staffs.

Awful customer service. When my friends and I entered the store, we met two elderly store staff; they were not very welcoming at all and appeared disinterested in assisting us. As we shopped, we couldn?t help but notice them talking amongst themselves and occasionally glancing in our direction. It felt as though they were passing judgment or making faces, which made us uncomfortable. Being a person from a different ethnicity, I couldn?t help but feel somewhat out of place during my visit to the store, which left me feeling vulnerable.

If you ever buy anything from this shop and it needs a repair then forget it, they won?t or can?t repair any of their own products, very bad non existent after sales service.

Thank you so much for your help.I needed to exchange a ring. Canterbury didn't have the right size so they found the right one in Bister Village, and had it sent to Bluewater for my collection. They did all of that with nothing in it for them. Excellent service.Many thanks

Always great service. Lovely staff who are always friendly and helpful but never pushy unlike some other places. Recommend a visit for all your sparkly needs.
