It always seems that the staff are more concerned about putting there stock out than helping the customers. Trollys everywhere in all aisles, hardly any room to get past. Good luck if you have a pram.

Staff are often not overly friendly at this coop and never put your items in your bag and instead request you limbo under the plastic COVID shields without enough space to put items in your bag

Good size co-op just a short walk from the main Dockside Shopping area. There are a number of self service checkouts allowing for a quick shop. Aisles are a little cramped but otherwise a good store with plenty of choice.

Been here on multiple occasions so I can safely say they are not having an off day. I have never encountered staff as rude and miserable as them. They all need a lesson or two in customer service or just how to interact with another human. Glad there?s self serve check outs!

Clean and tidy appearance, with well stocked selves. Nice and speedy self serve area along with manned tills. It is a small branch but has all your essentials including disposable cutlery. For a little shop they seemed to be very popular and have a good footfall of customers. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Co-op Food - Chatham I found was a very Convenient Store as, other than a Take-away Food Place, there were no othershops close by!It wasn't a large Store but it definitely wasn't one of the smallest.They had a good choice of fresh Veg.,Fresh Meat etc., plus the usual DairyProducts. eg. Milk, cakes, margarine,Yogurts & Cheeses & more.They stocked Tinned Food although, not being one of the largest Stores, there was not the variety you would hope for &, the same with Packet Products & bottles/Cans of Soft Drink, Washing Products, Bakery Items, etc.Overall, it was a convient Co-op Storein the right place.
